A venerable blended malt bottled by Thompson Bros, matured in refill casks to allow graceful development over 35 years. Orchard fruits, honey and soft minerality dominate, followed by waxy texture, honeysuckle and gentle white pepper. The long, elegant finish balances sweetness and subtle bitterness.
